Swan Terrace combines the historic atmosphere of Hobart with modern luxury and convenience in a magnificently restored three-storey terrace house. Built in 1890, it stands at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac free of passing traffic, with views over leafy suburbs and the River Derwent.
